How do campaigns and offers work?
All offers are valid as long as the item is in stock, or valid up to and including the final date of a special offer campaign.

Where do I enter my discount code?
By entering your code on the shopping cart page, the discount should become visible and your amount adjusted. After entering your discount code you proceed to check out.

What payment methods does Whaboomed accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe. Your credit card will be charged once your order is placed. You can also pay via PayPal.

Can I return my order? Yes, you have 14 days in total to deliver your order back to our distributor warehouse in Italy. But you must inform us within 7 days if you wish to return your order. If 14 days have gone and your order has not been returned as described below, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (see below How do I … for more details).

How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return your order within 7 days of the delivery of the order. The procedure for returning merchandise is as follows:

a. You have to email us at customerservice@whaboomed.com with a request for the acceptance of the return.
b. The request is then confirmed by our customer services by e-mail who also issue a returns code.
c. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the e-mail confirmation containing relevant returns acceptance code.
d. Our warehouse/logistics in Italy will confirm return delivery of the package.
e. Confirmation is sent to you that the goods received match the returns request.
f. A credit note or a refund is issued to you.

If the order is damaged or incomplete for internal reasons a credit note will be issued immediately issued for you.

Note that the product must be returned in the condition it was received. The product can not be used/tested. The buyer must pay for the return postage.

Remember to fill out the return form in your package if you would like to return the products for a refund/money back, or complain due to faulty.

If you want to exchange the product(s) to a different size, color or style, you have to return your product(s) for a refund, and place a new order. This is to secure that the product you want is still available in store / does not get sold out in the meantime. Contact us to get a free shipping code for your new order.

NOTE: If you have received wrong or damaged items, we will send you new products free of charge. In case of manufacturing defects or flaws in the stitching, material, taping or zippers etc., please contact us at: customerservice@whaboomed.com.

Is my package insured?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Whaboomed to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered from your local post-office and signed for, it is no longer covered.

How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost? How can I track my order?
Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. In general packages are delivered within 4-5 business days from when the order was placed. *Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

You will receive an e-mail when your package is shipped from our distribution center in Italy. You can track your order.We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note that during high season (Christmas, sales), packages may be slightly delayed.

To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details (name, mobile number, delivery and payment address) are entered correctly.

Shipping cost will be added at check-out.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to countries in EU (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, France, Spain, Germany, Poland, Italy, United Kingdom, Portugal, Austria, Irland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium) and to USA and Canada. Please be aware that shipping to countries outside of the EU will involve payment of import taxes to be paid by the recipient of the package.

How is the shipping cost calculated?
The cost of shipments depends on the weight and volume of the package, the destination country and the type of courier.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
In order to shop at Whaboomed.com you need to become a member by creating an account. However, registering with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the member benefits, and also be able to track your orders and review past purchases, and save your address so you can shop even quicker next time

What happens if you are absent at the time of delivery?
We ship mostly with DHL, and depending on the service chosen, the courier will try 3 times to deliver or take the products to a collection point where the recipient can pick up the order.

All couriers, in case of non-delivery, leave a notice for the recipient with instructions on how to proceed to collect the package

Are the products and brands sold on Whaboomed original?
The products sold on Whaboomed are all 100% original, purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
All prices are shown in EUR and DKK and the you will be debited in the currency that you choose. Note that all prices include Danish VAT (25%), if you are ordering within the EU you will not pay any other duties or taxes.

How much does it cost to return my order?
1) if the product is damaged or not correct: you will not incur any costs for returning the item. Send a photo to customerservice@whaboomed.com who will either give you a direct refund. (See above section: How do I…)

2) if you do not like the product or the fit: the costs of making the return are at your own expense. You can send it back using your own chosen courier. We advise you to choose a courier who offers parcel tracking and proof of delivery. (See above section: How do I…)

HOW DO I PACKAGE THE PARCEL WITH THE ITEM I WISH TO RETURN?
The return must be carefully packed and respect the following conditions:
– The items must not have been used, modified or customized.
– The item’s packaging must not show signs of use, scratches or scrapes.
– Put inside the parcel the email you received authorizing the return or if not a piece of paper with the product code and the order number written on it. If the above conditions are not respected, we reserve the right not to issue any refunds for the returned items.

Where do I send my return order?
You must first (and within 7 days) email customerservice@whaboomed.com who will reply to you with our address in Italy where you will have to send the item to be returned.

I would like to cancel my return request?
Yes you can do that, if you have made a return request, but you have changed your mind you can email customerservice@whaboomed.com to advise.

I have received a damaged, defective or wrong – or missing an item from my order.
